Slip sliding away down the street, across the street, and head first into my favourite coffee shop. But not before feeling awkward trudging through the snow.
This snow is beautiful and I get so excited (all Australians do), but my dilemma is that I have back to back meetings, and I have to carry my notebook and organiser (the old fashioned type where I still use a pen), and mobile devices (and an emergency nappy, even if I don’t have a baby today).
Step in the Rick Owens leather tote. Adoration for this comfortable, charming and rather chic handbag angel which slips over my arm, is light-weight, endures the snow and will get me through these days of balancing from gutter to pavement. Since purchasing my piece of Rick tote, it seems to be sold out. Which is testament to what a great bag this is. But keep looking out for this investment in style piece.
This is what I wore today, featuring a wool dress from Miss Selfridge, footless tights with pink love hearts purchased on the go in Barcelona, and suede red heels with a little detailed rouching sent to me from Australia, plus the fabulous tote full of all my bits.
