We’ve join in with Red Magazine for #RedMonday – finding time for meditation.
Why feel blue after the weekend, when you can be red and start your week positive way.
Monday’s is my mummy/baby day with a morning of work before lunch, a work out with Sleek Technique, then a walk for fresh air. Then before you know it, it’s dark and time for bed time routine, more mummy work, and then bed to get my 7 hours of sleep.
So today we took up the Red Magazine Meditation Challenge. We manged just short of 10 minutes together, with a bit of chat and distraction. But a start of Monday Meditation with the babe. I have a friend who’s mastered meditation and can just shut the world out and 40 minutes later emerge refreshed, relaxed and have clarity.
