Run, jump, roll, balance, listen and learn.
All the essentials of a fun-packed AM with the babe this week at new-found mini fitness group called Fit 4 Tots run by Lesley Waldron and Sarah Dineen. Professional nutritionists and personal trainers to big ones, and fitness promoters to little ones, and mums to little ones.
I am correct in saying that if your little one sees mum and dad being active and out in the fresh air, they will want to join in.
So our session started at 10am for an hour of singing, moving, jumping, balancing and even stretching. Little Miss M loved it and currently sits on the floor, legs stretched out and moves her hands down to her feet to stretch out.
She then closes her eyes and meditates – you can tell she spends far too much time with me!!
Fit 4 Tots is pay-as-you-go or you can pay £25 for a term with Lesley. You have two venues to choose from as well. While we are still in the UK, we are moving and shaking our Monday mornings in the cutesy seaside town of Clevedon. But you can also choose a lovely drive to Long Ashton Village – both sit very nicely just outside of Bristol. Easy to reach, plenty of parking and a great start to your week.
Mummy can be found losing my Winter pouch and toning up for Summer every Wednesday night at Boot Camp in Long Ashton with her fabulous class Fit 2 Drop Boot Camp!
