It’s a wrap… This week saw the filming and production of two hotly anticipated fitness downloads to come our way.
The first is the second installment to the ballet barre downloadable workouts from the Sleek Technique girls. And we cannot wait to work our way through each of these beauties.
The second is a closely guarded production from hot-girl duo Charli Cohen and Body By Christina offering bespoke nutrition and workout sessions. This girl cannot wait for #ThatGirl
#ThatGirl will debut for London Fashion Week SS14 and it is firmly in the diary of every fashion editor from here to NY.
And just to show that these girls know what they are talking about when it comes to high-end fashion and fitness, Christina Howelles already trains a rather impressive number of fashion-heavies including Love magazine’s Katie Grand, Grazia’s Jane Bruton, fashion and beauty editors from Vogue, Bazaar, The Telegraph and ELLE France, to name a few.

Move over Gwenni, it’s all about Cameron Diaz. Not one to be terribly dazzled by Hollywood amazing get-my-body how to books, but The Body Book is my new favourite companion.
What you will read isn’t necessarily advice you haven’t heard before, but something about the way Diaz relays it — through a combination of information, personal anecdotes, and yes, the very real fact of knowing what she looks like — drives everything home in an interesting and palatable fashion. Fill A Giant Bottle Of Water Before Bed
Diaz emphasizes over and over throughout the book the importance of getting enough water, and gives her trick for ensuring she at least starts the day right. “Every night before I go to sleep, I fill up a big glass bottle with water and put it on my bathroom counter. First thing in the morning, right after I brush my teeth, I drink it.” Benefits include everything from replenishing your organs to helping you poop. Read more here…
